If you would like to rent one of the city's facilities for your upcoming event or meeting, please fill out the required form below and follow the instructions:

  1. Select the form or information sheet necessary for your event
  2. Fill out the form online
  3. Print and save
  4. Deliver the form, necessary documentation, and fees to the City of Crowley
